A quick note here about what I feel are suitable places for inclusion in the guide. I’m not interested in submissions from people listing every single clothing shop they’ve ever been to, as I don’t think that this is useful. Certainly, I could list practically every clothes shop in the ACT, as I’ve never had an ounce of trouble anywhere. You have to remember the actual purpose of the list. It isn’t to tell people that they likely won’t be harassed if they walk into ‘K-Mart’, it’s to point people to the specific shops that deal with the tranny community. I’ve thus removed a lot of the ‘chaff’ from this section of the guide, in order to lighten it somewhat. If you don’t like that, perhaps you can pay the printing costs:)

One other quick note: If you’re looking for normal, everyday clothes to get around in, these aren’t generally the best places to frequent. Clothes shops catering to trannies typically sell the sort a lot of ‘glam’ or ‘fetish’ stuff, such as you might see at Mardi Gras etc. If you want normal clothes, go to a normal clothes shop.
