Australian TransGenderist Support Association Inc

ATSAQ was established to support those affected by Gender Dysphoria which includes transgendered people, their parents, partners, ex-partners, siblings, loved ones, and friends.

They provide moral support and counselling, referral services, a 24 hour helpline for those in crisis, and guidance and support in areas of social security, CES, department of motor transport, medicare, etc.

The ATSAQ strives to improve human rights and legal rights for Transgenders in Queensland by making submissions and recommendations to commissions framing 'human rights' legislation, attorney generals office, and the anti discrimination commission.

ATSAQ is a non-profit organisationwhich exists without any government financial support. It survives purely by member subscriptions and donations.
